Monumental Lucite Globe, 1960s

Extraordinary lucite globe on wood stand with brass baluster supports. Painted 3 dimensional plaster relief of both continental and submarine topography on either side of lucite sphere. Revolves and rotates completely on brass armature. Hand painted compass in base. Minor wear to wood, some brass letters replaced, otherwise very nice vintage condition.
